STOP EATING "HEALTHY"???

Are you always eating healthy but never seeing the results you want? Find out why eating "healthy" could be the reason why you're not seeing the results you want!

ONE OF THE BIGGEST MISTAKES I SEE PEOPLE MAKING WITH THIER NUTRITION TO LOSE WEIGHT...

 

When I start a new client, I usually ask them a series of questions, and one of the most common things I hear is, "I eat pretty healthy."

 

Which I will always ask them what they eat, and almost immediately know EXACTLY why they aren't getting results.

 

You see the majority of what they are eating is all...

 

...COMPLEX AND SIMPLE CARBOHYDRATES

 

Here's what I would have you consider, 

Healthy does NOT = Fat loss. 

 

You see the biggest mistake people are making, is that they are being sold when it comes to the food industry.

 

Sold on worlds like:

 

*PROTEIN! 

*FAT FREE! 

*GLUTEN FREE!

*NON-GMO

*ORGANIC

(You get the idea) 

 

Believing that because these foods are "Healthy" it equals into weight loss. 

 

Well, here's the truth...

 

...THAT IS FALSE! 

 

What I see people doing is eating these, yet all they are eating through out the day between these foods and the fruits they are eating is...

 

...STRAIGHT CARBS! 

 

Literally I've seen people ONLY eat carbs through out the day, because they were sold on these "healthy" foods.

 

Not only that, but neglect what and where their food is actually coming from. 

 

So here's what is happening when you intake a lot of carbs:

 

 

 

Your blood sugar spikes and then it is followed by a crash, which your pancreas then releases insulin to try to balance it out, and usually it gives too much and all excess insulin is then stored as fat.

 

Also your cravings, headaches, and fatigue are all due to the low blood sugar levels. 

 

Just consider that it's not just a calorie issue, it's also a lack of proper nutrients and macronutrients that you are facing (proteins, carbs, and fats) 

 

This is causing a lot of the obesity, hormone imbalances, and blood imbalances in people today. 

 

It's why you are and have become so caffeine dependent and why you have a lack of energy. 

 

DON'T FALL FOR the information the media is feeding you to buy products or supplements making extreme claims or that it's something "should" be eating.  

 

I have come up against some serious health problems with clients, due to the FALSE information they were fed. 

 

Understand that nutrition is SCIENCE, there is a science to how it works with YOUR body, and it's not always as simple as just eating "healthy" or even eliminating foods from your daily nutrition. 

 

It's so important for you to get educated on what works for you and your body to help you achieve the results you want.
